Sunday Summary #4: What’s on the Internet

This week I fell in love with Tom Hiddleston (again), some nerdy news surfaces, and a scientific approach to faith.  Click “Read More” to check out these Internet marvels for yourself!

1| Fall In Love With Tom Hiddleston in 20 Seconds or Less by HuffPostLive

The most magical 20 seconds of my life.  I may or may not have watched it four times in a row.

2| Axioms About Faith by Mike McGargue

Recommended to me by Mallory, I loved this post by Science Mike, who struggles with faith in a very relatable and admirable way.  I’m beginning an obsession with both his blog and podcast, so more links may be coming in the future!

An axiom is a premise so evident as to be accepted as true without controversy (according to Wikipedia). To that note, everything on this list is something I can support with mainstream science. This is a form of faith for empiricists and skeptics–the people who need evidence to support any belief.

A couple examples of his axioms:

3| ‘Gilmore Girls’ Revival at Netflix by TVLine

I’m very excited about the announcement that we’re going to get four 90-minute episodes of Gilmore Girls on Netflix, but I’ve got to admit I’m also really nervous!  I want Christopher to have a significant part, but I know he won’t.  I want Rory to wind up with both Jess and Logan, and I know she won’t.  And I want Sookie to be in there, but I’ve heard Melissa McCartney might not join the group.  TOO MANY VARIABLES.

4| Star Wars: The Force Awakens Trailer (Official)

ALL THE GOOSEBUMPS.  I cannot wait until December 18th!
